In response to the many losses caused by COVID-19, we are offering a new Grief Recovery Group called "Life After Loss." This 12-week gathering will include education about the grief recovery process, opportunities for discussion and grief sharing, and weekly assignments designed to help you find happiness and hope after enduring a loss. A typical meeting will last about 60 minutes and will include:
A brief time for introductions & ice-breaking
A time of teaching about grief recovery (see topics above)
