Periodically, our church offers a grief recovery group called "Life After Loss." This 9-week gathering includes education about the grief recovery process, opportunities for discussion and grief sharing, and weekly assignments designed to help you find happiness and hope after enduring a loss.

A typical meeting lasts about 60 minutes and includes:
A brief time for introductions & ice-breaking
A time of teaching about grief recovery (see topics above)
A time for lesson discussion & grief sharing
An explanation of the upcoming week's assignment
Each participant receives:
A free book
A Grief Recovery Notebook containing lessons & weekly assignments
A Certificate of Completion (for those who participate in all nine meetings)
