In 2001, Ken Brown and a small team of church planters established Community Bible Church in the downriver area of Metro Detroit. Today, CBC is a thriving ministry with hundreds of weekly attendees and new converts added to the church on a regular basis. Throughout his years of ministry, Ken has a displayed rare ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and to communicate the riches of God's Word to them in ways that all can understand, yet without sacrificing his commitment to serious, expository preaching. Ken received his education from the University of Michigan, Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, and Westminster Theological Seminary (Pennsylvania). He serves at CBC with his wife, Kim, and their two daughters, Laynie and Anna. |
